This is an original late WWII Italian Fascist propaganda leaflet printed in the form of an American one dollar Silver Certificate. Distributed during the Allied campaign in Italy, it was intended to undermine confidence in American promises and discourage cooperation with U. S. forces in occupied and recently liberated areas. The leaflet measures 2 x 5 and has some heavy tape repairs as shown. The back of the leaflet
