Item will be hand stamped with your id information and design. Each design is hand made to order and may vary slightly from the picture. A sturdy split ring will be added to the top and a 2nd will be attached for your pet's collar. Rings are made in the US and have been tested on even the largest collar D ring. This item is custom made to order and therefore, is
