A rare Waffen SS Wehrpa constructed of a card stock binding with all 53 paginated interior pages intact, featuring handwritten entries indicating that it was issued to Helmut Ernst Wilhelm Hoffmann, born 24 September in Mainz, who entered active SS service in late 1939 with SS Totenkopf Standarte 5, and later served with SS Totenkopf Regiment 10 (transitioning to SS Infanterie Regiment 10 through 1940), concluding his wartime
