Constructed of gilded bronze with multi coloured enamels, horizontal pinback, the obverse consisting of a circular green enameled oak leaf wreath, surrounding a pebbled gilt disc, bearing a red enameled Tirolean eagle clutching a white enameled bullseye target bearing a mobile swastika, flanked by a date of 1942 and above an inscription of PISTOLE, the reverse maker marked C.
