Edwardian Tiffany & Co Sapphire and Diamond Pillbox 14k c. 1910 guilloche enamel Interior engraved "Floyd to GretaOwn a piece of jewelry history with this rare Edwardian era mirrored pill box of 14k made by Tiffany & Co circa 1910. The face of the piece has a hand engraved basket holding three old cut diamonds surrounded by a laurel wreath and three inset sapphires. The sides have a wavy guilloche engraved textured and the reverse a monogram of "MJA" in a frame. It is just lovely and is even lovelier under magnification where you can see all the precise, perfect
