The cotton lace print is in ivory and black with the bodice portion of the blouse in a solid black. The pretty front black and white buttons are a nice contrast to the solid color. The top features a square neckline and we especially love the pretty puff sleeves with ties on the ends. The skirt is made with 3 tiers that are separated by black piping
