These vintage shoes from the 1990's secure with an adjustable buckle at the ankle. Mostly very good to excellent condition aside from sole scuffs, inside sole liner faded, and a few faint spots from normal wear. Made in France and labeled a European size 39. 5 which is approximately a US size 9. There
