Krips, Josef - Signed Photograph 1947 Ballet Memorabilia German Jewish bass-baritone (1897-Austrian conductor and violinist (1902 1974), who was a pupil of Felix Weingartner and became the first conductor to lead the Vienna Philharmonic and the Salzburg Festival in the post war period. Black and white photograph signed and inscribed by him with a short sentiment dated in Vienna, 1947; blind stamped on the front by photographer Fayer (Vienna). Size is 3. 3 x 5. 4 inches, in excellent condition.
