Constructed of silver with black enamels, the obverse consisting of a black disc, bearing a silvered date of 1932 topped by oak leaves and a raised Stahlhelm insignia, the reverse with a crimped barrel hinge and banjo style pinback meeting a round wire catch, marked with a silver content number of 935 and maker marked with the logo of Der Stahlhof, Magdeburg, measuring 30. 87 mm in diameter, weighing 15.
