The dress features sheer fine lace on the bodice and on the sleeves with black taffeta creating the lower bodice and skirt. The bodice has a black camisole like top underneath. We especially love the ruffled "peplum" under the waist! The dress has both Elizabeth Arden New York & Richilene New York labels and was made in the USA.
