1970s Vintage Black Topstitched Puff Sleeve Dress w/ Colorful Embroidery polka dot top this would be a beautifulThis pretty vintage summer dress is in a black cotton with rows of topstitching creating an almost seersucker look. The dress is beautifully embroidered with colorful flowers and leaves in red blue yellow and green across the yolk. We love the lace inserts and the lace at the hem and the way the dress feels when worn! It has large puff sleeves that tie at the elbow. Such a great piece to take on a trip, wear out to lunch, or to the beach! This dress
