Four piece construction, in silver with green, white, yellow and blue enamels, measuring 37. 5 mm (w) x 43. 5 mm (h) inclusive of its integral ring, large rosette affixed to its original ribbon with pinback, intact enamels. In its hardshelled case of issue, dark green pebbled exterior, Brazilian coat of arms in gold coloured ink on the lid, inside lid in white
