Constructed of light olive drab cotton, the exterior with two black leather panels accommodating metal D rings, in turn retaining a carrying strap of identical cloth construction, topped by additional cloth strap with an aluminum clip, with a fold over flap fastening closed with two leather straps meeting aluminum buttons, the reverse of the flap bearing a handwritten owners name and hometown of VILLACH (Austria), otherwise
