This is a very good, near excellent condition genuine WWII issue Japanese rubberized face mask, with metal rimmed lenses. The filter can has a wonderful paper label with instructions still attached. There are also markings stamped into the top of the can, one of which is 1 8, for the 18th year of the Showa era, or 1943. There is also a maker mark. The rubberized canvas mask is still fully intact, but it is stiff.
