Constructed of gilded bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Patte with pebbled, the obverse overlaid by a central Ordnungspolizei insignia in the form of an oval oak leaf wreath bearing a German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse overlaid by a central oval medallion
