The dress is layered with ruffled black chiffon crepe and it zips up the back. The long sleeves have ruffled cuffs and though the content label has been removed, the dress has the Bill Blass Collection III label, the order label, care label and union label. The dress is in excellent condition and is labeled a vintage size 8 but depending on the standard you use, it could fit a size 6, so
