An outstanding whisky aged in ex Bourbon American white oak and first fill Sherry casks, formerly filled with 30yo Matusalem Oloroso Sherry. These Sherry casks are hand selected for The Dalmore from renown Gonzlez Byass bodega to create a whisky of remarkable character.
