This truly unique hosta makes a 3' wide

Hosta montana Shunko Nishiki Laos it's just too weird forThis beautiful sport of the large growing Hosta montana was discovered by Japanese nurseryman Hiroyoshi Watanabe. It superficially resembles H. 'On Stage' (Choko Nishiki) with long, pointed leaves featuring a brilliant white center and contrasting medium green border. Each 3'+ clump (we don't know a mature size, since most Japanese grown plants are kept in tiny little pots) is topped with stalks of light lavender flowers on 48" scapes.
