The first map is a Polish made map of Warsaw which has period annotations including mentions of the 61 Div and 11 Div. Both the 11th and 61st Divisions of the Wehrmacht took part in the Invasion of Poland in September 1939, and that is certainly what this map is referring to. The back of this map also has the name
