Constructed of a patinated bronze alloy, consisting of an exceptionally detailed bust of Kaiser Wilhelm II, depicted in an elaborate mantle and with decorations including the Order of the Black Eagle and the House Order of Hohenzollern, situated atop a lacquered black pedestal, the obverse of which is inset with a gilded German State Crown, with a blackened non magnetic metal stabilizer riveted to the reverse of the base,
