Includes handle for ease of carrying with a compact design for storage. Integrated vortex shield protects against whirlpooling. The strainer has a full time swivel to allow for any hose twisting during operation. It is NOT recommended to us an adapter where the suction hose meets the strainer as the additional weight can upset the balance of the unit.
