Terrazze Dell Etna 'Ciuri' Vino Bianco, 2023 dry hopped pilsner Palate: Black pepper and subtleThis is a wine born from thinking outside of the box. 100% Nerello Mascalese, done as a blanc de noir, from 650 850 meters up on Etna. You get to treat yourself to an Etna Bianco in spirit, even though it falls outside of the permitted varietals. Notes of honeydew, pineapple, and walnut sit front and center alongside subtler notes of wet stones and a crisp minerality. We recommend pairing this with something that shows the history and character of its
