This came to us from a Collection that was put together in the 1950's and 1960's, and remained in storage ever since. Perfect for personal protection in any City, especially Paris, London or New York, as the 1860's were a real period of turmoil, war and civilian unrest. Probably French made, this is a very smart DOUBLE Barrel PINFIRE breech loading pistol. It has smoothbore barrels of just 4 1 2" and an overall
