A Heer Engineers Leutnant shoulder board, constructed of black wool with a rigid card stock core and topped by four bands of silver aluminum wire piping, the reverse with an integral strap perforated with a reinforced buttonhole, unmarked, measuring 32 mm (w) x 105 mm (l), demonstrating some fatigue to the wire, in uniform removed and very fine condition. 2. A Waffen SS one
