This is a World War Two United States General Patton's Third Army Ike jacket with pants. The jacket is named (faintly) in ink and is size 34L. it features pin back enamel Third Army Distinctive Intent Insignia pins to the collar as well as a Third Army patch to the right shoulder and a WWII ETO (European Theater of Operations) Advance Base Advance Sector Patch to the left shoulder. Each sleeve has Technical Sergeant
