Original British Flintlock Long Sea Service Pistol circa 1764-1769 MG 34 while other references refer toOriginal item: Only One available. This is a totally standard British Naval Flintlock long Sea Service pistol dating from about 1764 1769. The lock is marked with a Crown over "G. R." with "TOWER" across the lock's tail. It is complete with all brass mounts and ramrod is present, as is the belt hook. This is an earlier model than usually encountered, as the powder pan does NOT have reinforcing arm that supports the outside of the frizzen. Before 1764
