This blouse has a beautiful queen anne style neckline with a button front closure with fabric covered buttons. The sleeves are puffed at the shoulder and they hit right around the middle of the arm right above your elbow. On one side of the hem, there is tiered striped silk that is slightly longer at the point. We love unique tops and this one is really special!
