A nickname passed down through ancient hymns, it evokes the goddess suspended between light and shadow, sweetness and the underworld. Honey has always belonged to her, part of the portal and part of the lure. Marissa first encountered thyme infused honey in a small coastal and mountainous village where her grandparents were born, just above the supposed
