5 Sentidos Ensamble de 4 Magueyes Agave Spirit Ondulé Wines Distilled in 2018 and aged5 Sentidos Ensamble de 4 Magueyes is a unique batch that was a private selection for the Aficionados spirits group. This 60 liter batch is an example of a field blend, that is stylistically typical of many producers in Miahuatlan. Four different agave varieties were used in making this Ensamble: 45% Bicuixe, 25% Coyote, 25% Tepextate, and 5% Madrecuixe.
