Les Vins De Vienne Condrieu 2019 NOM 1107 including printingFull grapes pressing. Cold settling during 48h. No use of chemical inputs other than S02 . Fermentations in casks and large barrels at a low temperature with indigenous yeasts for about 4 months. Winegrowing: 9 months on lees in large barrels and in French oak casks. Fining with clay. Tangential filtration before bottling.
